Can I add an extra night at the beginning or end of my group trip?You sure can. Just ask us at the time of booking.

How many people will be on my trip?Group sizes are ranging from 6 to 20 people.

Are there age restrictions on your trips?For all our trips the minimum age is 15. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. We don’t have a maximum age limit, but a Doctors Health Assessment Certificate is required for all passengers 70 years and over.

What safety measures are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on your trips?We are implementing a number of measures to ensure the safety of our travellers and staff, including following local health guidelines, practicing social distancing, and providing hand sanitiser and face masks for all travellers.

What happens if I get sick with COVID-19 before my trip?If you test positive for COVID-19 or develop symptoms before your trip, please contact our team immediately. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include rescheduling your trip.

What happens if I get sick with COVID-19 during my trip?If you test positive for COVID-19 or develop symptoms during your trip, please contact our team immediately. Our Tour Leader will assist you to access medical care. This may include facilitating COVID-19 testing if requested by the customer and we also encourage customers to bring their own RAT tests from home as a precaution.
